Free Template "Future Zen" v1.2 Support Thread

Is there any place to add it so that it doesn't mess up the rest of the stylesheet? I've tried adding it to two different spots on the stylesheet and I keep getting the sideboxes to look as though the bottom rounding is missing?

The problem has nothing to do with what you added, it's the change that you made to replace "background-position:center bottom;" with "background-position-y: center;" in the definition of the styles for .sideBoxContent, that introduced the new problem.

I did not change this, I have a fresh clean install of Future Zen and that is what is in the stylesheet. I made the fix just recommended and it casues a host of other stye problems. I am about to switch back to the clean, virgin in stall of the stylesheet.

A clean, fresh install version is now there and everything is aligned. Why would everything go haywire for me to just change the px on the logo at the top? Any suggestions?
If the sidebox is an issue, then it is with the template and nothing I did to change what was provided.

Obviously the template didn't come with
background-position-y:50%
so somehow during your work it got changed. It sounds like something a Microsoft editing program might put in...

It took opening it in notepad but it is all aligned and looking good again. Whew! THANKS so much for the help and suggestions!

This is an example of why it is recommended to never use Frontpage with Zen Cart files.

Even Notepad has quirks that can mangle files when handled the wrong way. Better to use a dedicated file editor like Notepad++ or CrimsonEditor (both free from Sourceforge).

and I only used Frontpage for the css file, stupid me- should've known better
