Changing color scheme in title boxes

Ive looked and come to a dead end..How to I change the title bars as they seem to consist of multiple color codes ? I would be happy to just change the browns to a light pink of various shades.

All input would be a great help..and I cant seem to run firefox on this machine so using that editor is no option.

These are actually images called by your stylesheet_new.css file. Here's an example

background-image: url(../images/tile_back.jpg);
background-repeat: repeat-x;

border: 1px solid #9a9a9a;

This one's for a feature that you've turned off anybody, but you'll find other like it in your stylesheet. Just delete the lines equiovalent to those I have highlighted here each time they occur and the images will be dropped in favour of your pink backgrounds.

First, you are using the combination classic for 1.3.x,,,

I suggest that you search here for the term template_default and read all the reaons that this is not recommended. Then convert to a template based upon the template_default fileset.

Or in the downloads section, get one of the templates and install following the instructions carefully. This will net you a correct template_default based site.

Depending, the brown/orange that you currently have and most of the templates use images for this coloring and therefore are not controllable from the css settings. You would need to change the image colors. Or change the css to eiminate these images.

If you have installed one of the templates. you can replace the stylesheet.css that is now in your created template folder with the one in the template_default/css file area as this does not use the images. Prepare yourself as this one uses multiple colors to aid in locating the class that it refers to.

Then you can adjust the colors directly from the stylesheet.css
