Can't get billing options to display

Howdy, I recently began working with Zencart and have been pleased with it so far.

However, I do have a rather serious problem with the billing module that I have been unable to resolve. I downloaded and installed the following module:

Hoping to use it to process various forms of payments, I followed the instructions but have thus far been unable to get it to appear in the shipping page. Additionally, I attempted to turn on the PayPal IPN and Money Order modules, but again no success (yes, I turned them on in the module screen!).

I also turned the credit card off as I did not want it for the site (it was originally showing) but when this problem appeared, I tried to turn it back on (switching false to true) and it refuses to appear.

I am using the most recent version 1.3.02 of Zencart, and in reference to another post I saw related to the subject, I did change the meta-tag.php file to put in a new tagline. Do not think that would cause the problem. I also created a new test account after the changes incase that was affecting it, but no luck.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated, thanks!

Have you tried reinstalling the Modules from a fresh unpack of Zen Cart?
What version of MySql are you running?

Currently running mySQL version:
MySQL - 5.0.18-standard-log

Hosting the site on www.dreamhost.com if that helps any.

I have been unable to reload the pages yet as I will not be back at that work location until Tuesday.

I tried that and was unable to resolve the problem. Reinstalled the program from scratch into a new database and the problem resolved itself.
