Expanding the categories

With the next between the ' ' being the ID of the div you want to trigger.

Just copy the 'includes' folder (and all sub folders and files) into your catalogue directory.

Then enable the new category box from admin. (log into admin and then click on Tools | Layout Boxes Controller).

That's it! :)

Hi,

I'm quite new to Zen Cart, so this may have been covered already. I want to have all the categories permanently expanded, and following the instructions above, I've installed the category_list_box sidebox. However, when I go to the layout box controller, it doesn't show up. I haven't had that problem with any other sidebox, so I was wondering whether it's just something I've done, or if anyone else has had the same issue with that sidebox?

i enable it but nothings shows?

The folder structure is wrong in the zip download.

move includes/modules/YOUR_TEMPLATE/category_list.php to /includes/modules/sideboxes/category_list.php.

Was the only work around moving the file that littlegdesigns mentioned? I uploaded everything and enabled the sidebox but nothing is showing up for me either.

I installed the category_list_box, and it's working. Is there a way to show just the categories and not all the items in the categories? What code would I need to modify?
