I discovered another issue that I can't get around. How do I include required insurance and adult signature confirmation? I'm not about to send a 5,000 USD cello uninsured, that's for sure.

This is where a massive suggestion for future Zen releases pops into my head.
At this point, I'd like to be able to assign a flat rate directly to a specific product.
The flat rate module shows up for everything if I enable it. It seems to be of no use for my purposes.

I want to assign a $50.00 flat rate (this includes the insurance) to just one cello right now. Then we can do some sort of import directly into MySQL for the rest later on... Each product is different depending upon size and cost.
