right...just make a folder named download on the same level as the admin and includes folder...be sure to set the chmod/permissions to 777
Zen Cart: Diva Knitting
I may sound dumn but whats the chmod/permissions to 777
???
LOl
NOTE: /download should be 755 ... not 777
There is not a need for it to be 777 ...

kirsten ... in your FTP program you can click right on a filename or directory name and you will see the chmod or permission settings of the current filename or directory ...
Usually filenames are 644 and directories are 755 ...
There are exceptions to this ... but right now those are your concerns ...

Ok - I think I got that.. But why when I place the file name for the Zip file into the abbitrudes.. it says the file is incorrect?
Filename: http://www.kandiesforyou.com/download/AbcBabyList.zip
There is a small Red dot next to the Filename. Not a Green Dot.
I also add "Text" is that wrong as well? What am I doing wrong?
Ok Now how do I set it to the 755 I see the 655
K' the download folder is 755 but the images in the folder are 655 is that ok ? If not how do I change the images no?
The filenames in the /download directory should be 644
Make sure that when adding the filename to the Attribute you are typing exactly what its name is:
AbcBabyList.zip
If that is the exact name, that is what you should use ...
Make sure filenames have no spaces or special characters as well ...
