This is a harder clone as it is designed based on shipping modules and I haven't tried it ...

In theory if you were to clone Modules ... Order Totals ... COD Fee cod ... and change where it is looking for the shipping id to the payment id and switch all the cod to something and COD to SOMETHING ... I do believe in theory you can achieve this ... providing there is not anything that prevents this with your TTransfer folks ...

Yeap I already did the cod to something and COD to SOMETHING but I still don't understand the concept of COD Fee. The 66:GER:639:00:99 in COD fee config seems mumble jumble to me.

Could anyone PLEASE direct me to a manual about How to use COD Fee?

The COD FEE is an Order Totals Module that bases the Extra Fee on the Shipping Module that is selected .

I am in Payment Module and not shipping module. So which one should I clone?

Looks like COD fee got to be the one..the COD fee to clone. I reread the entire thread. I manage to clone it. But am hanging on to get it work.. Got it displayed on Admin but not in checkout confirmation.

Actually after having getting the COD into Admin. How should I configure the COD? Take for example I use shipping Per Item(Best Way). Lets try Shipping from Singapore.

Where in the checkout should it be displayed?.

The COD fee is an Order Total Module that displays the fee on the checkout_confirmation page as you have to select COD as the Payment module then hit Continue ...

If you were to be on checkout_confirmation and you see the COD fee ... then if you went back to checkout_shipping ... checkout_payment ... you would see it in the totals as it now knows that you have selected COD previously ...

OH ok I get the picture. Ah its programming again...Its ok I will try. I manage to get the COD listed with the statement "COD fee maybe included" in checkout.


1 more thing and please correct me if I am wrong on the example below. Does it mean the COD Fee UPS shipping to CANADA = 4.50 and US = 3.00 and ALL OTHER COUNTRIES IS 9.99? I can also add more zones up to max 250 characters?

COD Fee for UPS
CA:4.50,US:3.00,00:9.99

You can add as many as you need on each of the shipping method ...
