Coupon bugaboo - don't use $ when creating

when creating coupons system does not like "$"
if coupon amount = $xx.xx
it ends up with $0.00 coupon amount
if coupon amount = xx or xx.xx
ends up okay ie. $xx.xx

Most data entry screens do not like $25.00 vs 25.00 ...

We have tried adding cleaners for this in some spots, but you are better off not using characters mixed with values as letters are worth $0.00 ...

When we re-do the Admin we will probably be looking into this further ...
