free shipping exclusions

I tried to find this but seem to have everything but what I need to do.
I need to have free shipping over $75. That is easy. The problem is that some products (heavy, fragile etc) don't qualify.
Is there any way to set this up?

You would need to make a custom flag for these products such as products_never_ship_free

And when one of those is in the cart, it would need to disable the ability to use the Free Shipping in the Order Total Shipping module ...

While this can take a bit of coding to do ... it is quite possible to customize for this ...

1 need ability to add/edit in Admin ... Catalog ... Categories/Products

2 need to adjust the copy in Admin ... Catalog ... Categories/Products

3 need to customize the ot_shipping.php to allow/disallow free shipping based on the new flag
