when having products with atibutes to also show the buy now button along with more info ?

Example, in the product listing if a product does not have attributes it displays the buy now button and products with attibutes display only the more info link but I would like it to display also the buy now button at the same time.

I think this is a good point for returning customers, as a customer I go direct to product listing for the selected product group and just click buy and add to cart what I already know I need.

Anyone ? also, on another note. Anyone have a clue as to how to have the input background change color if in error.

New user is filling out new account info and makes an error, on the page callback the input box that is in error has a background color change to highlight what needs to be corrected. As it stands, it's all in white when viewing in IE. Foxy shows important boxes in different color (required fields) for example, but this does not seem to work in IE for some dang reason.

Are you talking about the new user registration page?
If I leave any field blank, all I get is a popup warning

yes, besides getting a popup I would like to have the the fields highlighted that need the user to correct.

You have to use inline form validatoin then using CSS
