We have completed 2 live tests on the shop, the system takes the order and processes it fine through the checkout and onto Worldpay after which we and the customer receive a payment acknowledgement from Worldpay, however, the shop software does not appear to be recording the purchase anywhere and consequently although we are alerted to a sale being made (because of the Worldpay e-mail) there is nothing in the store software or any e-mails generated by it to inform us of what has been purchased and to confirm to the customer that their order is being processed.
