Missing 'Conditions of use'

I am finally getting the hang of this override system (I think).

I copied the define_conditions.php file from the store/includes/languages/english/html_includes/define_conditions.php to my custom directory at store/includes/languages/english/html_includes/custom/define_conditions.php.

I then used the Define Pages Editor to modify the text. Everything looks great there. But when I click on the link to go the Conditions of Use page from my home page, I get an empty page. (it's the same even if I use the default page).

Is there a setting somewhere that I need to enable? I checked the search function and can't find where it is referenced anywhere. Any help would be appreciated.

Peek at the Configuration ... Defined Page Status ...

Make sure it is turned on ...

Define Conditions of Use
Enable the Defined Conditions of Use Link/Text?
0= Link ON, Define Text OFF
1= Link ON, Define Text ON
2= Link OFF, Define Text ON
3= Link OFF, Define Text OFF

Thank you so much. I would have never found it. The entire menu doesn't display on my screen unless I scroll down further. That was easy enough!!!
