Everything works except Newsletter and Product Notifications Manager

I am trying to send newsletters to my clients, but this module does not work.

The orders emails works, the contact form works... everything using the email configuration works, except the Newsletter and Product Notifications Manager.

What version of Zen Cart do you have?
What happens when you send a newsletter?

Zen Cart: 1.3.0.1
Database Patch Level: 1.3.0.1

Nothing happens when I send a newsletter, no error message... nothing except the confirmation (in red) "Customers receiving newsletter: 1", but its not true.

Does it show you a green checkmark? If so, when you hover your mouse over it, what is the email address it sent to? Is that the same address as you expected it to send to?

This is SUPER old but I didn't want to start a new thread of my problem is exactly this. It shows that only 1 customer is going to receive the product notification and when I do send it, the green check mark is my own email, an account I set up to show customers.

EDIT: Just as I press "Post" the answer came to my brain. Those that wanted product notifications would receive it. I'll just send as newsletter next time. Sorryyy!!
