Time Zone Offset Problem

A quick question, which files need to be merged?

I tired winmerge but since I have made several other changes to certain files it is showing that the whole file needs merging and it's hard to see which timezone offset additions need to be merged in the 1.3.9f.

Assuming you are using the 139d mod version as a starting point
Download the full zen139d fileset
Use winmerge to see what the actual mods have been done to these files

Then merge these difference with the version you are using, 139f

btw Why not update to 139h first?
