Can I re-issue a gift certificate?

A GC issued was accidentally deleted by my client. how do I reissue the same GC # so just in case he "finds' the old one?

if i can't how can i delete a GC from the list so i can make sure the original is not redeemed?

and

is there a "redeemed" admin page where i can look at all GC's issued and see who's redeemed and who hasn't all in one report?

Do you know the GV code?

If so, can't you just send that to the customer to use during the checkout?

thanks for your reply, yes, i have the code under the GC issued tab, but the email that issuing a new GC creates also gives some links to redemtion that are convenient. So really I'm looking to resend that email.

Send yourself a GV and edit the email and send to your customer?

Otherwise, just send them the code and ask that they use it on the checkout_payment page ...
