okay, lol i spoke too soon about it working correctly..

when you click send, it just reloads the page w/ some of the fields blanked out???

also, so far, i have not seen an email populate for it to me.

When you get that return page just below the store name info there should be a message saying:

Your message has been successfully sent or something similar

and below that is the form is displayed again.

That was the way the original return module behaved and I never bothered to change it.

I'll do some additional work on the return module and see if I can get to work more like the contact form after sending a message.

there is no *Message sent* or anything at all at the bottom of the page.

okay even though there was no *message sent* at the bottom of the form i DID get an email sent to customersupport AT gclefjewelry DOT com

however..

I have no full name field AT ALL and the Reason field was left blank. since *I* filled the form out i KNOW i put this info in.

any ideas?

Not sure but will work on it. I've got a few other things going on at the moment and don't know for sure when I'll get around to it.
