Affiliate programs

I remembered seeing the referral on the old Zen site for idevaffiliate and it being talked up as a good thing. So now that I'm close to ready to start up an affiliate program, I come back and see that the Zen banner is no longer on the Recommended Services page, and that lots of people are complaining about idevaffiliate. So what's up? Is this no longer the recommended solution for running an affiliate program? Is there something better out there? What to do, what to do?

We do not have a recommended afilliate program at the moment. While iDev seems to work well with Zen Cart, their customer service has had problems.

OK then. Anyone have an opinion on wheter Post Affiliate Pro is any better or worse?

I have to concur w/ the observation of IDevAffiliate's customer support.

I've posted multiple tickets over the last months with no reply. I even did a WhoIS lookup and called Jim and left a message - no response.

This is horrible. The program rocked, and was worth it's weight in GOLD.
