Forgive the newb question...

What is the best way (search engine god friendly) to point to the sub-directory my catalog is in, when users type in my URL.

Example - Site is www.abc.com and Zencart is in www.abc.com/catalog/
If www.abc.com is entered I wish to go straight into www.abc.com/catalog/
