I'm working on the Norwegian translation of admin, and it's almost done.
I also has started to look through the frontend translation, and updating it.

Updated Norwegian language pack for v1.3.0.2 is added to the download section here at zen-cart.com.

This includes language files for both admin and catalog + buttons. SQL to update/translate the configuration is still not ready, but will be realeased as an own pack at the project site on SourceForge.net when it's ready sometime. ;)
