CyberSource Purchase completed but Orders not shown in admin

Hi! I'm using the cybersource payment module.

After I go through the checkout process, the purchase is recorded in the cybersource but the order is no where to be found in the admin area.

Any ideas how to solve this problem? THANKS!

I see that this post was done in 2006. However I feel that someone should respond to it. I was able to fix this problem. After going live I downloaded a new HOP.php file and then uploaded it to the catalog. Then I found that I had the wrong URL in the Receipt Response URL. Make sure that it says: https://www.yourwebsite.com/yourstor...hp?result=true You will need to replace yourwebsite with your domain name and yourstore with the name of the folder that you have zen-cart in. Also make sure that you are using a Private SSL.

Just my two cents on this issue, I was having the same problem using Cybersource. I re-read the Implementation Guidelines and found that I forgot to change the "Transaction Mode" to "Production".

Check --> Admin>Modules>Payment>CS>Transaction Mode>(set this to Production)
