Approval pending

I would like the user to be able to register but...
The registration request would be sent to the server but the user should'nt be able to login until authorized. The user would receive an email stating he has been approved and would be able to login only then.

Is it possible?

Look in the Customer Details ...

There are settings for the Authorization and what the customer can or cannot do if not logged in or not authorized ...
