Images look distorted/fuzzy/squished

Hi

My images at www.techshop.dk/shop/ dosentl look very nice
It is mostly the product cases for example http://www.techshop.dk/shop/index.ph...index&cPath=65
If you see the large version they look nice

I have red http://www.zen-cart.com/forum/faq.ph...l&titlesonly=0 and tried to set one of them to 0 but that dosent seem to help (height is 0 on all pictures)

I have also tried to write a size in both height and width and turn on Image - Use Proportional Images on Products and Categories, but that dosent work either.

What can I do and what am I doing wrong?

I have uploaded a file with the image settings
