Be sure in Shipping Packaging to set:
Then be sure that when you look at the Modules ... Shipping ...Order Free Shipping 0 Weight Status
If there is no weight to the order, does the order have Free Shipping?
0= no
1= yes
You have Flat installed and have it Enabled ...

People have ordered before. That is what I do not get, it just now will not allow people to purchase.
