    Default authorize.net help needed

    Good afternoon,

I configured ZEN CART with my clients authroize.net account and I get the error below:
"Your credit card could not be authorized for this reason. Please correct any information and try again or contact us for further assistance."

I'm setup using AIM, hosted through camelot and I'm using a shared SSL. Right now the site is at www.dockslocks.net but once I get the bugs worked out, it will run through www.dockslocks.com. I'm at a loss, it looks as if it should work but nothing. I tested other modules and those worked fine.

Any help will be greatly apprecated,

Are you set up for "production" mode in both your Zen Cart admin for authorize.net as well as your account settings on the authorize.net website?

Currently, I'm setup in test mode in both my zen cart and the authorize.net account. But, I also tried it in production mode (both zen and authorize.net) and used the supplied # that would get declined and go tthe same error.

    Just some more information:
I did have my cart hosted at 1and1 and was getting the same errors. After reading a few posts, I thought for sure that switching to a certified host would be the solution but I was wrong. Is there anything that I need to activate at auth.net or is the transaction key all I needed to generate.

    try regenerating your key,
authorize.net works fine on camelot hosting, as do all other zen cart payment and shipping modules,

There are multiple customers using authorize.net
    Zen cart PCI compliant Hosting

I've tried regenerating the key many times without any luck. I don't think it's the hosting but stumped at what it is. BTW, I am using the duel pricing mod. I'm wondering if this might be contributing to the problem.

    Thanks,

Default and the authorize.net drama continues

Now I'm looking in the database at the authorizenet table, where there is a field called respose_code that has a TYPE int(1) and a DEFAULT of 0. Loking at the Authorize.net AIM Guide, it seems that the respose_code shoudl be either a 1, 2 or 3 (approved, declined, error). Hmmm.

Also, there is nothing listed under response_text. In the received field there is -1. Under sent it has what looks like my ID and transaction key listed. There are numbers and letters listed under session_id.

As for the order table, nothing is listed there.

Does any of this make sense to anyone?

I called authorize.net yet again and they asked me where I'm posting to. Does anyone know where I can find this info?

perhaps you can simply post the contents of the most recent transaction details from your authorizenet table?

    Here it is:

    Edit Delete 9 1 1 0 0 x_login=[DELTED]&x_tran_key=[DELETED]&x... 1= August 4, 2006, 8:40 am 069a5def6ff472395d95ab6c5f6c2c79

I deleted the login number and the transaction key number but kept the &x that is added for some reason.

Also, Authorize.net thinks I may be posting to the wrong server. Woudl this be a possibility?
