Do you think I should delete my curent instalation and re-install?
A month ago I installed authorize.net for a client ... all I did was:
- sign up for the auth.net account
- they sent me the activation information
- i processed all the forms and got my login ID and password
- I generated my transaction key
- I activated the auth.net module in Zen Cart
- I entered the ID and trans key in Zen Cart
- Set the auth.net account and the zen cart module to "production"
- tested a transaction ... it worked
- refunded the transaction
Done.
Didn't alter any auth.net settings on "their" side other than changing from Test Mode to Production Mode.
What have you changed?

Puzzled. Will need to dig into raw transaction details to investigate further...

No problem. That sometimes happens to me, too. I've been tearing my hair out trying to figure this out. I'm taking today away from the web site deciding what to do. I've been thikning of clearing everything off the server, then taking all the tables out of the database and starting from scratch.Originally Posted by DrByte
Another thought was to see if there was a file that I had to CHMOD and didn't, or perhaps didn't CHMOD properly.
Do you have any ideas?
