Is there a way to get the cart to charge a flat handling charge if the order total falls under a certain amount? We are currently intergrated with both FedEx and USPS but when the orders are under a certain amount I would like it if the cart charged a order fee. I do not want this charge added to orders that are over a certain amount.

in the admin under modules, order total there is a low order fee

I found it and set it up. Quick question though will it show up as a low order fee or will it add it to the shipping cost?

You should test some orders and find out ...
If you do not test every aspect of your shop ... you will not be prepared for how it functions on a Live site ... and those surprises are a bad thang ...
