incorrect shipping fees

I just got this message from a customer sale:

I thought I had set up the shipping for UPS. Its showing as a flat rate of $5! How do I fix this so that it only calculates for UPS? My client has not given me any weights for items yet. Is that the reason?

If UPS has no weight ... how would it render a proper quote?

Right now, with no weight depending on the settings in Shipping/Packaging on 0 weight you may or may not see other shipping modules ...

The CC warning is because you need to configure your Payment module for CC and set the email address ...
