Installing second language opt

hi all,

i tried searching thru the forum and FAQs but seems that i cannot find any articles on how to installed the second language! my site already have an english language and i want the online shoppers have the option to switch their language to the language that their feel very comfortable to navigate my site. can somebody point me to the right direction on how to install another opt of language for the front end?! :wacko:
