problem for adding the local tax

I tried to add the tax in my online store. but after i add the tax zone, tax classes and tax rates in the Backoffice/locaal/tax. and I tried to test it in our website. the tax was not showing out. and then, i went to Backoffice/module/order total and installed the "MODULE_ORDER_TOTAL_LOCAL_TAX_TITLE". And i went back to the online store to test it, the Tax was shown out. but I also met one warning message like the following:

If I unstalled the "MODULE_ORDER_TOTAL_LOCAL_TAX_TITLE", this warning messagte disppear. but the tax couldn't be shown out. How can I fix this problems. Thank you for your help
