Getting this error:
Fatal error: Cannot instantiate non-existent class: queryfactory in /home/content/b/u/n/bundaddy/html/zencart/zc_install/includes/modules/pages/database_setup/header_php.php on line 113
This shows up when trying to save the Database Settings during install. Any ideas?

It sounds like you still have incomplete files in your FTP upload.
Check that all the files and folders under /includes/classes are complete and accurate.
Perhaps switching FTP software may help. FileZilla is free and very reliable..
