Two last problems.... Please help...

I have Ver 1.3.0.1 and the image in 'New Products' is squashed.. I have changed the settings in the whats_new.php as the module says but image did not change.. one guy said it was some floating setting..but he went away before helping me..... Also Why when ordering a Gift Cert you cannot buy it with Direct Deposit.... it says this item can only be bought with Paypal ???? I have D/Deposit and Paypal set up and they both work perfectly on all products except for Gift Cert...... and finally... can you change the customer register details as in birthday ect... few customers said I dont want to give you those details and Zen marks it down as a requirment ...

Any help PLEASE....
