configure.php upload?

Im having a problem re uploading the configure file in the Includes section, I have the premissions set to 644 and if i try to give it permissions to upload the one i made changes on and the ftp client says "Permission Denied" any suggestions or comments?

well im havin another problem, i tried to log in today and it didnt work. It would just reload the page.

Well this is very odd, I tried resending the password to my e-mail address and i got the the password and tried to plug it in. But in the browser looks like its going to go and the URL changes to index.php but then right back to login.php. I d/l the configure.php and looked at the username and password and i used the username and password listed in the configure.php file but no luck.

the username and password in the configure.php file are NOT for your zen cart login,
those are stored in the database and the password is encrypted,
you will need to remember the username that you used when you setup zen cart or go look it up in the database under admin,
then use that username and the password that you just got

well the problem is im 100% sure that the login name im using is correct and the password but for some reason its just not working. Do you think it could be a hack attempt?

now im having another problem, I was able to view my zencart site but hen i went there today i got this error "Illegal Access" http"//www.nucrisp.com/Zencart
