    Ok so I changed the password to dc647eb65e6711e155375218212b3964 and went to login page and used that as my password and it didn't work. Did I do it right?

    After changing encrypted password, via phpmyadmin, to
    dc647eb65e6711e155375218212b3964,
    you would return to admin page and login using the word
    Password as your password.
    If that fails, (worked for me) then suggest visiting

    When I change the password to that string, should the Function field be set to anything ?

    I clicked on the link you gave me and used the encrypted string for "admin" and used that as password and it worked. I can't thank you enough!!!

    I have the same issue as above. I've altered the db admin email address to verify that it was sending to an active email address. The cart is not sending emails. I've used my gmail mailbox, work mailbox, and hotmail mailbox. Could it be possible that the server is not sending emails?

    ok, i am an idiot....did the same as the other folks (was on auto fill and now gone) ...now where exactly IS the phpmyadmin???

    I went to my admin folder and did not see it...I know, I know, ....stupid.

    help!

    phpMyAdmin comes, or should come, with your Control Panel for your server ...

    Please please someone help me.
    I have had the same problem and have tried everything I found over the forum in cluding what was in this link.
    All beacuse I clicked the stupid reset password option.
    I,m sorry I have being trying to get in for 18 hours straight. It is almost 2am in the morning and I havnt gotten anywhere.
    I have posted elswhere with no response so far.

    I dont know if i have messed my database up now as i am new to this.
    Please someone tell me what to do.
    I down loaded a backup of the zc1 and my whole cart folder this morning before resetting the password.

    i have uploaded the site again via ftp and the zc1 I tried inporting as a zip and i unpacked it and inported it also through phpMyAdmin.

    I tried everything in this post.
    What am I doing wrong?
    I am so disapionted as i had done so much on the site and i dont want to start again.
    I am almost in tears
