Is this possible? (different shipping methods for local and int)

I don't think this is possible, but my client is requesting this and I have to be sure before answer him.

He wants the cart configured so if the buyer is from U.S. they only can choose UPS as shipping method, but if they are from any other country, they can choose between UPS and USPS.

You could set a zone on USPS that is for everywhere except the US ...

Then US customers can only see UPS and other countries would see both UPS and USPS ...
