    Default Override issue...don't understand

I have the override system working in most every place. However, I created a directory named with my template name in the includes/templates/default_template/templates folder and copied the includes/templates/default_template/templates files into it. Sadly, it won't use the file in the classic_hats (my template name) directory, only the one in the templates directory above it.

    What am I missing?

you need to create a whole template structure that is paralell with template_default
you need to have includes/templates/YOUR TEMPLATE/templates

I'm now trying to change something in this file:
    includes/modules/payment/paypal.php

    I created this file: includes/modules/payment/classic_hats/paypal.php
and edited that one, but it's not reading it. What am I doing wrong?

I'm trying to turn off shipping option in paypal. I made the change I found in the main file to test it and it worked. But if I made it in the override file it ignores it (if I put the original file back to normal)

There are no overrides for files in the includes/modules/payment folder.
