Fresh install, 404 error

Hello

I have installed the zencart on my localhost and uploaded the same to my server. And copied the localhost database file to the server as well.

i also made necessary config changes. then i downloaded ultimate seo and uploaded to the server (without testing whether the normal set up is working or not )

now when i point my browser to my domain.com/zencart/ folder, I get page can not be displayed error (404)

can any body figure the problem here?

I managed to install the zencart and also ultimate seo but i got strange errors:

Warning: Missing argument 1 for seo_url() in /home/gifts123/public_html/indiagiftshop/includes/classes/seo.url.php on line 46


@ http://indiagiftshop.giftsdb.com/

the homepage loads fine but when i click on the links, it throws 404 error..

can any body offer a suggestion?
