Thanks for the help. Everything was set correctly in Admin. I found that the problem was the naming of the extra previews. They show up if the first preview is named ???.preview, ???.prv, then the corresponding previews need to be named ???.preview1, ???.prev1 and so on. If they had a "0" as in ???prv.01, .02, they weren't showing up.
