UPS Shipping not functional

All of a sudden the UPS shipping module does not function. When Clicking on Shipping Estimate (under The Shopping cart contents), all I get is the ship to address with out any pricing information. An also when checking out (Step 1 of 3), it wont go to step 2 and I get the following under the shipping method:

We are unable to obtain a rate quote for UPS shipping.
Please contact the store if no other alternative is shown.

What could have happend?

Me too, guys... It's too early to tell if UPS is down, but that sounds like a reasonable explanation.

Does anyone know a method to get ZenCart to show errors from PHP fsock to see what is up?

Sounds like service is down... Hmmmmmm... I'm heading over to the UPS site to see if any docs have changed on this CGI service...
