    Default Attribute Costs

I've been customizing Zen Cart with overrides and not having much trouble finding things, but I can't seem to find this one.

I want to change the Attributes display so instead of showing:

    Option 1
    Option 2 (+$10)
    etc.

it shows the total cost for each option, for example if the item were $100 with the base Option 1:

    Option 1 ($100)
    Option 2 ($110)
    etc.

What file do I need to override?

That is set from the Admin- Change your product to priced by attributes and make the price of the item $0 and change your attribs to the "full" price.

    Thanks!

I'm sure I've made a number of changes in the overrides stuff that could have been set in the admins page.

I just have more trouble finding it in the admin settings.

    Hi Kim,

I am having the same problem here, and have tried to follow your advice but I am sure I am doing something very silly, as I am still getting +£2.99 next to the option instead of just £2.99, and want to get rid of the + sign.

In catalog>categories/products and in the product description I have left the price at 0, is that correct?

Here is a screenshot of my attribute settings, could you please tell me if I have I ticked the right boxes?

    Thank you for your time.
    Kind Regards

If you exclude the price prefix then you won't see it ...

The + or blank is to Add ... and the - is to subtract on the price ...

    Hi Linda

I think the UK heatwave has frazzled my brain..lol.. I went into attributes, clicked on edit, and removed the +sign out of the left hand box for the price, and saved it, but the + sig is still on the product page - is that what you meant when you said 'exclude the price prefix'

I am soo so sorry to take up so much of your time but it will be worth it when I get the site up and running, I am learning more daily, just some things stump me, then all of a sudden, its like a light has been turned on and I think..ahhh haaa thats how I do it..lol..

Thanks again, its very much appreciated.
    Kind Regards
    Nikki
