I've tried several different ways of setting this up with no luck. If someone could point me in the right direction it would be very much so appreciated!

United States Orders:
Subscription: FREE
Single Issue: $2.00
Additional Issues: $1.50

Canada Orders:
Subscription: $12.00
Single Issue: $3.00
Additional Issues: $2.00

International Orders:
Subscription: $16.00
Single Issue: $4.00
Additional Issues: $3.00
