Need help removing some links.

Hi. I'm trying to remove links in two sections of my store. My store is at www.lareefs.com

The first section is at the left hand side. I want to take out the Gift cert link and the unsubscribe newsletter. I already took out many of the links in that section but there was not an option to remove those two links in the define page editor.

The second is the reduant product category near the top of the site. The "Macro Algae", "Clams', "Live Rock", etc...

If you go to the Modules ... Order Totals ...

And remove Gift Certificates ... everything to do with Gift Certificates will vanish

For Newsletters ... Configuration ... Email ...

Display "Newsletter Unsubscribe" Link?
Show "Newsletter Unsubscribe" link in the "Information" side-box?

Admin > configuration > layout settings > Categories-Tabs Menu ON/OFF > and set to off.
