As this is an install on a local server I'd advise you to edit one of the settings in php.ini

magic_quotes_runtime = Off

Look i change the global_register and magic_quotes_runtime in php.ini but the others items no change i need the help thanks firends

Have you actually tried installing it now? You should not have a problem.

Look i installed the program and not problem, but i read before, what if you pass this problem you don't installed because the zencart give problem,
other question is a don't find the guide of the administrator and user where i can find

Each of these is fully described in the "more info" help text. But ,for the sake of answering your question, here it is again:
Register Globals ON is not a huge problem, but is slightly less secure than if it's off. Zen Cart doesn't care.
MySQL Version Unknown -- this is simply because PHP couldn't check the version without logging in to MySQL ... buy you hadn't supplied a password yet.
GD Support - This is only needed if you want PHP to handle certain image functions. Version 2 is preferred over version 1.
cURL support is only needed for some payment gateways and shipping modules so they can talk to external servers and authorize credit cards or obtain shipping quotes.

None of them are serious ... and the limitations are as described in the help text.
