Default Help with image handler 2

I am going crazy with this.. I am totally confused so I will spell it out where I am up to..
My website is www.timeoutmassage.com.au/zen and was told it is too slow.. I donwloaded image handler 2.. unzipped it and uploaded it to the zen folder (which has includes, admin ect ect in it)... the upload over wrote some files as well.. I am using classic templet...
When I uploaded it I went into Zen (1.30.0.1) and went to Tools- Image handler2 and it came up with a screen "Install Image Handler" and 2 other choices... I clicked on the install option and it did something then stopped... I then clicked on the next option "Scan for old files " .. or something like that... this did buggar all... anyway when I click ont he image handler2 now it shows me 3 pictures across the screen and also shows a " i " beside every product in the admin section... it sits besides the attribute icon... my question is.... is it installed ?? Am I suppose to do anything else ?? Can someone check to see if the site loads faster..??
People are talking about html_header.php file... well the image handler2 zip file has not got this file in it ???? I do have this file on the server it is in zen/includes/templets/templets_default/common .

Now if I go to the admin section and click on Tools-imange handler2 it shows me three options ...

    Remove Image Handler from database
    Clear image cache
Scan for old IH 0.x and 1.x original images

So by the look of that I would guess that it IS installed....

One other thing... since I did the upload .. it now puts the "No Picture Available" icon in the sub catorgories... how do I turn the pictures off in this field.. I found it by accident a while ago and it was fixed but cannot remember where it was...

Really need some help here guys/girls..

    Thanks
    Dave

sorry about the oops the first time around

and the no gif is set by going into admin using browser,
    going to configuration -> images

upload the file to where ???? What folder ?? I am using classic templet...

Also with the no gif... yeah I looked int he confi-image and cannot find which one relates to the gif... which one is it... they are all pic sizes (height/width ect) ...
I would think there should be one like
"Turn sub catorgory icon OFF/ON" ... something like this would give it away...

Image handler is ON, you can tell when you hover the mouse over "reviews", there is also that small cross hair which is a dead giveaway. It appears that IH has not been setup for the sales area tho.

Go into admin : tool: IH: manager and follow the bouncing ball ... There are quite a few good threads regarding seting up once you have got to this stage, the docs that come with it are also extremely informative.

Please... this makes no sense at all ... is there a "Setup" button or something... I am going around in circles... I click on Tools-- Image Handler2 ... and then what...
Here are my options at this stage...
    Image Handler2
    Version: 2.0
    Search: Manager Admin Preview About

If I click on the "Manager" is shows me 3 different picutres I can assign to a product which is great.. the default is the smallest file sized one... if I click on "Admin" is shows me...

    Remove Image Handler from database
    Clear image cache
Scan for old IH 0.x and 1.x original images

So by the look of this I would say its installed.....

If I click on "Preview" it shows me this...

Source imagetype Source image Default image Products image
    png
    jpg
    gif

    and "About" is nothing...

I have read the iH doc file and it tells me zero.... what other options is there ???

    Yes, your IH is installed.

    Proof:
    a href="http://www.timeoutmassage.com.au/zen/index.php?main_page=popup_image&amp;pID=546" target="_blank"><img src="bmz_cache/1/136f7d5b1a972da0c4d9b6071f7309a7.image.64x120.gif" alt="Elbow Joint (A83)" title=" Elbow Joint (A83) " width="64" height="120" /><br /><span class="imgLink">larger image</span></a>

Your category images will show "no picture" on the products page if there is not image associated with them. You can turn it off via Admin->Configuration->Product Info->Previous Next - Navigation Includes Category = 0
