Do you have an URL to this Product?

    It should be set as:

Products Quantity Box Shows: No, Do not show Quantity Box
    Product Qty Maximum: 1

When you try to add another it will readjust the quantity in the shopping cart back to 1 with a message

What version of Zen Cart are you running?

    Clean install or an upgrade?

Thanks, Yes I have set everything. And I have Url for the products. The only thing is, the criteria only happens when I click the Update cart button. Strange, but yes it is. I need it to be updated just when the shoping cart is loaded and I dont need that update cart button anymore. Please, do you have suggestion?

I believe she was asking you to post a URL where she can see it in action.

    Ok.

    here's my problem:

Actually my product have 2 attributes. I want my product to be added to my cart once per attribute.
But if I add same product with same attribute twice, it added to my cart which is supposed to be once only. I configured my products to only max of 1 and show no quantity text box.
But the strange part is, hen I click update, all the product hich has a quantity more than one is corrected and set to "1".
I tried swtching it to classic template but still the same. I want to try it on the core side maybe to access the update cart function would be the best but i dont know how to do it. can you help me? Thanks....

Perhaps you can start by installing a fresh copy of Zen Cart in another folder on your server (and a different database).

Then, once it's working properly in the fresh install, slowly and carefully add your customizations to it, testing after each changed file is uploaded... eventually you'll find which of your customized files is causing the problem.
