Change Header in Emails sent from Store

How do you change the header in the emails that are sent from your zen store? such as newsletters, order confirmation emails etc.. They all currently have a Zen header on them and I'd like to replace that with my logo.

Upload your image to the email folder in that folder is header.jpg.

If you put it in your admin/images folder and overwrite logo.gif it will appear in your admin as well.

I did the above for email header after modifying the exact file...and sent emails still show the ZEN header...Drivin me nutz..any ideers

Well the header showed up the next day,.must've been a cache issue.

I'm confused I would like to to do this same thing, get my logo on my emails. Right now however when a customer gets a order confirmation there is NO LOGO at all so if I over write the logo that is in admin/images I don't think it is going to help.

is there a reason the logo isn't on the order confirmation email? Can I add it there somewhere?

Obviously must be set to "true" or you are sending text only messages.
