transfered to new server -- still not working?

Here is the URL. The entire site was transfered over. The previous company who configured it no longer is available to talk. So, here is the URL, not sure how to get links on top to go to new pages (Where in folders/templates to change this? It is all php). And the emails the previous members had wont go through??
