USPS Shipping module not working

The production server username and password are correct but the shipping is not shown. In fact, when I change the shipping estimator display setting from 2 to 1, the pop-up page is blank.
The same username and password for usps work on the same domain in a test shopping cart.

This is my first time setting up zen-cart, btw.

Do you have zones set?

Do you have your 5 digit zip code defined?

Where are you shipping from? shipping to?

You did call or email USPS and have them activate your account, right?

Zones are set. 5 digit zip defined. USPS account active.

It seems to have fixed itself after I downloaded configure.php and reuploaded it.

Edit: And after I refreshed the page it's back to being broken.

What shipping modules do you have installed?

Do you have an URL to your site that we can peek at perhaps?
