Checkout 'cannot be displayed' when SSL installed

Hello all - greetings from australia! Another zen-n00b here. I am currently building up my store and have setup paypal payments. I want to give my customers the option of a standard credit card system as well, so I baught a RapidSSL and installed it on my Cpanel server. All seems fine there, but when I edit the 2 configure.php files as described in the forum from false to true for SSL, the checkout pages cannot be displayed. Im tearing my hair out trying to work out whats happening. Would the fact that I have zencart in a subfolder have anything to do with it? EG: It is in www.mydomain.com.au/catalog as I want to have a normal front site linking to my catalog. Also, I dont suppose anyone knows of a good cheap payment gateway for australians do they lol!?!?

Do you have the right secure URL for your site in the 2 configure.php files?

If you are unsure of what this is, ask your hosting site for your secure URL to your domain ...

I feel like a complete tosser lol! I just put my normal URL in there. I didnt realise that it needed to be directed to a secure section.

While we are here, one more silly question, is it possable to have a bank transfer payment option? A lot of people prefer to pay direct into my business account. I prefer it too, as there are minimal fees involved, but I cannot see how this can be configured. Thanks heaps!

There's a bank-transfer mod in the downloads section:
    http://www.zen-cart.com/index.php?ma...ex&cPath=40_48

Thanks mate - can you please (if you have the time and patients) tell me step by step where the files go so I do not stuff anything up?

    Simple.

in the zip are four files:

    - license - just read this

    - README.txt -- summary of the module

And the two files that actually do the work. You will see the same folder structure in your Zen Cart site .... put the file in the same folder on your site as you see in the ZIP:
    - includes/languages/english/modules/payment/dirbank.php
    - includes/modules/payment/dirbank.php
