I need help!

hi. i need help on few things. hopefully, some of you could.

[1] i want to change the name of the link shipping & returns to shipping info in the information sidebox
[2] i want to change the name of page 2 into aboutus in the moreinformation sidebox
[3] when i edit the contents of page 2, using the define pages editor, i can only edit the text contents. i want to change the header that says page 2 and a sub header that says page 2 information goes here.

please do help me, this is for a school project.
