    Default why do pictures look squashed...

    I have changed settings ect in Admin and nothing seems to work... Most of the pictures in the "New Products" window are squashed... I have changed the settings in the Whats_new.php and there was no change in picuture size...
    Lets know where that setting is...

    CAn't see anything wrong with your images, Dave. Tried in IE6, FF1,5 and Opera 9 (the site's rather brokem in Opera if you're worried about that - but the images look fine!). Which browser and version are you using?

    I don't think your center images are squashed. I think your whatsnew sidebox images are being stretched. Your center images seem to come in at least three different widths (which accurately match the information embedded in their file names), but all are then stretched to the same width in the the sidebox. This is particularly clear if you compre the text on the side of the two versions of the Melrose Massage Oil.

    I suspect that you're using the Whats New Scrollbox add-in. The current version of this add-in uses the value that you set in admin as your small image width as the width for all the images that it displays. No reason to suspect that the older version you're using does otherwise.

    This leaves you with two options: either make all your images the same width to start with (it's generally a good idea but I don't seriously recommend going back and reworking them all) or edit your add-in sideboxes/tpl_whatsnew.php to remove the reference to width being set to SMALL_IMAGES_WIDTH. You may be able to locate it by searching on
    width="' . SMALL_IMAGE_WIDTH . '"
